  Called an hour ahead of time because i had to go on my lunch break. They said it would be done in a few minutes. Got thereann hourlatetr and still had to wait 30 minutes for them to put a "priority" tag on it.

  While at emergency room I get a text from kinneys your s ript is ready. 45 minutes later I go to pick it up and the young lady says oh we got one ready for you need the other one filled? Yes I fo it came in from emergency room. She says it will be 15 minutes please pull around. I go back 15 minutes later and the time is 12:50 they had their shade already pulled down saying closed from 1 to 1:30 for lunch. So now I have to wait to pick up meds. Mind you I cant drive so I have to inconvenience a family member to wait and take me back there in 40 minutes to get meds. They never have my husband's meds half the time have to go to Carthage store to pick it up unless he can wait 2 to 3 days to get it.

  I really don’t mind this Pharmacy and by far it’s not the most terrible that I’ve encountered. I feel like in person is maybe a little bit better because you get to be face-to-face with somebody but there are times over the phone when the staff is pretty rude and they hang up on you abruptly. They don’t even say thank you or you’re welcome when I always use manners unless I’m having a bad day which I get it that sometimes people do but if somebody is being nice to you at least return the favor it’s not that hard

  Drug store.. light grocery.. household cleaners.. dog food.. cat food.. oil.. make up etc
