- OKOliver KeenanAug 22, 20262.0I ordered a medium refresher, a loaded hashbrown and a turkey sausage egg and cheese english muffin online, I got to the drive thru window and they tell me theyre out of english muffins, which is okay, I ask for anything besides a bagel, they give me two wraps. They wraps ended up having the wrong cheese on them, so I ask my boyfriend to run inside. They said they must've handed us the wrong bag, handed us a different bag that was ready to go, and sent is on our way. It ended up being and egg and cheese bagel with nothing else. It was comedic in my opinion, but I did want what I ordered. We had already driven away at that point so I ate the original wraps. I assume they were out of most things, like the cheddar cheese I ordered and the bacon that goes on the hashbrowns because that was missing as well. They put the hashbrown in a small coffee cup. It was an interesting ordeal, Id recommend to check your orders before leaving. (My boyfriend also got a sandwich for himself with white cheddar and they put the wrong cheese on his as well)

- LRLolo RBMar 28, 20261.0I'm a soldier at Fort Drum, I was trying to enjoy my saturday by going to get my favorite drink at Dunkin' by the base which didn't work out because the line was long. I came to this location and ordered only two drinks, one medium matcha latte with butter pecan, less ice, and cold foam. The other was a vanilla iced latte with hazlenut and cream. First of all, whoever was taking my order was super passive-aggressive about it like I was inconveniencing them. It took 20 minutes overall for me to get my order, and I was utterly disappointed. I asked for less ice because I dislike my drink getting watered down over time which the employee taking my order said "Just to let you know, less ice does not mean we will put more milk because we have to put a certain amount." Confused by this I was like okay cool. No other location has ever told me anything like this so I was unsure what was about to happen. After another 10 minutes I get to the window and pay, she hands me my drinks. Only my matcha had cold foam, despite me saying I wanted it on both. The iced vanilla had no sugar, even though each time I get it, it has had sugar because I specify add sugar. My matcha was only half filled in the medium cup, the latte was bitter and looks like no cream was added, it was just overall terrible. Please don't waste your money at this location if you really want a good drink and not waste your time for a bunch of nothing.
