    Bartenders get their young clients intoxicated to the point where their girlfriends have to pick them up and leave there car overnight depsite only being there 1 hour. What typa bar gives 8 drinks within one hour? Because theres “lots of food”. Dont seem to follow the state regulations im not impressed

    THE WORST FOOD I EVER HAD. What we ordered was either undercooked or overcooked. Chicken dry, hard no taste wings cold, dry and hard. Atmosphere loud uncomfortable seating, we could not eat the food, left hungry with 75 tab

    No hate but our party came in late in the evening after a wedding reception. They refused to serve food (or drinks) to anyone who came in after the original table was sat.

    Been sitting here for well over an hour and have yet to receive our food. Had to change my drink twice because they were out of what I ordered. Then they were out of the wing sauce we wanted. We ordered canned beverages and they took forever to receive. Women’s bathroom has a sign that it can’t be entered without talking to cashier. Waited 5 mins for a cashier to come to the register and no one to be found. Asked the waitress and apparently the women’s is out of order and they expect you to use the men’s and the cashier who can’t be found is supposed to make sure no men go in 🫠 Waitress is really nice and doing a good job. The place was empty when we arrived.. Oh! And we tried sitting on the patio, got seated but it was a mess out there and then was told by the hostess came back out and said her manager said no one can be seated out there. Definitely an all around poor experience. Got here at 5 and it’s now 6:15 and haven’t gotten our food. Don’t waste your time coming here, most of the food is deep fryer. Doesn’t make sense about the wait time. Edit to include photos. Our wings came out, the smallest wings I’ve ever seen, was told our fries weren’t done 🤣🫠 like what?! Fries came out 10 mins after wings, as you can see wings were basically gone. Waitress siad she was going to get us a discount due to the wait (we did not ask for this) and we never received discount which is whatever. The price for wings seemed high considering it was buy one get one half off and $25 for 20 mediocre wings is wild ( no pun intended) i could have ordered 20 wings and fries for $21 according to their menu online, which I provided a screenshot of for this location. So the whole 1/2 off is a scam. $9 for a canned drink is also insane. This place is run down, has no bathroom access for women. The patio is falling apart, the nearly 1.5 hours to wait for less than mediocre food is not worth coming here. Save your money and go elsewhere. Our waitress was sweet and tried hard, all of this was out of her control. Honestly the place should have closed since they don’t have bathroom access and expect women to go in the men’s and the clear lack of kitchen staff or at least good kitchen staff with wait times like that. According to their actual Menu 20 wings is $25.49. Our receipt shows the half off but doesn’t actually include a discount, so make sure you’re checking your receipts on these “specials” they run. If 20 wings normally cost $25.49: 10 wings = $12.745 Other 10 wings at 50% off = $6.3725 Total = $19.12 Gotta love their automated responses on here too. All the most recent reviews are bad. If BWW actually cared they’d actually change how they run things. Clearly they’re in the business to sham their patrons.

    I have been enjoying the Buffalo Wild Wings in the last 20 years. I have been in many locations Burlington, platsburg and others . My experience in Watertown was very bad. We waited for our food for at least 30 min , my wife got her food before us . Most of tables who came after us were served for some reason not us . Our server Venus was very nice trying to keep us patients but it appeared that she was struggling with the kitchen staff. Spoke to the manager on duty. Who was dismissive and said: “If you want, we can cancel the order” and added “ I cannot be in 2 places “ ? We got finally the wings : very salty ++ really do not deserve the name of BWW. Manager came afterwards and dropped a 25 $ gift card with no explanation. This manager and kitchen staff need to know that costumers come for good experience not to get discounts. Honestly, this location needs some work . Thank you Venus for your service and good luck Taher
