  Tried to send this privately but kept getting an error with the order id. So here goes. Went to Arsenal at Arby’s for a take out dinner. I purchased the steak and macaroni and cheese bowl. What a joke. Almost 12.00 for a bowl with hardly any mac and cheese in it, steak bites were so charred they were difficult to chew and the “crispy” onions on top were grease soaked and not crispy at all. Not a good experience what so ever. Hoping the manager contacts me so I can foward the picture I took so he can judge for himself.

  I had food delivered from Arby's, the curly fries were cold and stale and I did not receive the cheese dip that I paid for. Both sandwiches were swimming in sauces I couldn't even eat them the buns were soggy and the wrappers were full of sauce and we're cold. Obviously they didn't take care in preparing my order. It was a sloppy mess! I called the restaurant and they done absolutely nothing about it! 😡

  Their french dip was the best fast food I ever had and I LOVE their horsey sauce. I did poop myself tho so....minus one star.
