- BMBette Martinez3 days ago1.0They forgot to give us a frappe and the young girl behind the counter argued with us that we didn’t order one. Clearly we did, it was the first item on the receipt. After we got the frappe it was caramel when I ordered mocha. This store always gets the orders wrong.

- MLMonique LewisMay 7, 20261.0I will never understand why when you pay all this money for food and drinks and for some reason, the manager acts like the drinks are coming out of her paycheck so she never fills your drink all the way not to mention your fries are always old unless you ask for no salt then they’ll make them fresh and many times recently. The food is slop that they put together which I understand. It’s a fast food restaurant, but if I’m paying all this money to have something to eat, I don’t expect it to be slop.

I always get a spicy McChicken with ONLY bacon, no mayo or lettuce but recently they have been some how messing up this simple order I have. I don't know if I have to specify what only bacon means on my sandwich but I will if that's what it takes to get only bacon
