WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!! Have been getting sandwiches from here for years and usually they have always been pretty good. TONIGHT was TERRIBLE. Arrived 5 minutes late to pick up 4 sandwiches and then had to wait 30 MINUTES because nothing was ready. The store was empty but still had to wait over 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches to be made. When we finally got the food there was no apology or thank you for waiting so long. Sandwiches were BURNT!!!!!!!!!!!! One sandwich was burnt and it was not even supposed to be toasted. ALL 4 sandwiches were VERY dry, even though everyone ordered oil and vinegar, and/or mayonnaise and/or mustard, an/or ranch dressing, etc. Many condiments were missing from ALL of the sandwiches. Meat, cheese, and vegetables were barely there. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cannot believe just how bad ALL four sandwiches were.

I've been going to this Subway for years, and I've never had a bad experience. The employees here are always so nice, and do a fantastic job with the sandwiches. If anyone is ever hungry, I recommend coming here!

Stopped and had a sandwich at their Washingtonville, NY location before going over to the winery. First of all, how about a few more tables ?(there were only two but there was room for at least two more). I ordered a 6" sub, a bag of Doritos and a small drink -- $8.66 (huh!) I said to the cashier, "you sure you didn't charge me for a foot long?" She says no, the 6" is $5.75 plus $2.75 for the chips and small drink. How much would a foot long tuna, "make it a meal" be, $11 !!??Look, Subway is not bad but $5.75 for their 6" sub (it's really more like 5") is insane. This pedestrian sandwich at best is not worth almost $6. Oh and to top it off they forgot to put oil and vinegar on the sandwich. 2 stars and that's being generous.
