  I placed my order at 6:06pm (according to my original receipt) and I was put in a reserved parking space at 6:10. I worked at McDonald’s I know that a mcchicken and nuggets both at most take 4 minutes to fry. I was patient and waiting until I had been in the drive thru/parked for 20 minutes and went in at 6:26. I told them what I needed and then noticed the bag on the counter and pointed it out to them. They didn’t apologize and were very kind and I understand things happen. Just pay attention more because according the slip that’s printed when you finish a held order (if I remember right) was for 6:14 so it sat on the counter for 12 of the time I sat waiting.

  Walked in on a Sunday at 9:40 am. Few guests there, no guests waiting at counter. I walk to the counter, the employees looked at me and ignored me, so I gave up and used their self ordering terminals, which are a pain to use. Poor customer service. That said, the order came out quickly.

  every single time i stop her it just genuinely takes forever even if they are slow 30 minutes plus every damn time workers are rude they don’t care about there job what so ever

  We don’t eat fast food very often, so this was a pleasant surprise. Our visit to McDonald's was a really positive experience. The service was quick, and the staff was genuinely kind—something you don’t always expect. They even took the time to say “have a good day,” which made it feel more personal. Our fish sandwiches were nicely made and well-presented, which definitely exceeded expectations. Overall, a great experience for a quick stop.
