DO NOT GO. I'VE ORDERED AND BEEN WAITING FOR 45 MINUTES, curbside pick up and I'm still waiting!!!!
If your hungry and value you sanity, go somewhere else.
This is the LONGEST I've ever had to wait for mediocre food.
They are understaffed, so it's not crew fault but the franchisee.
I will definitely NOT return.
During breakfast hours it's only breakfast. Restaurant seems busy, we've ordered curbside thinking it will be fast... not so....
I think it's better to order ahead, and pick up inside.
Food is not that fast, and definitely expensive.
SERVICE IS EXTREMELY SLOW. ORDER AHEAD OR WAIT FOREVER.
Even for a McDonald's this is low quality. They were out of most pop flavors and had no salads. I didn't even get lettuce/ tomato on my sandwich (though it was depicted in the picture). The unsweetened iced tea had gone bad which i found out when I took a sip (this happens to ice tea after a few hours if it isn't refrigerated). I didn't get the fries with my order. I'm glad they accepted my statement, because my receipt hadn't printed from the ordering kiosk, and they didn't include a receipt with my meal. Then, i had to go back to the counter for yet a third time to ask for ketchup which was not available for customers. It seemed like they had a lot of new staff who were still learning, and the staff who helped me were all polite, but it was not the experience I expect from mcD's.

Food is fine. That’s about all I can say about it. It often arrives cold or mushy because of how long it’s left under the heating lamp. Service here is incredibly slow. Ordered a basic meal and it was over a 30 minute wait. Inside the place, tables are left uncleaned and it is incredibly hot. Not good. Wouldn’t recommend going here

The servers at the McDonald's here they took about 20 minutes just to get over here to try to take my order and when they did take my order I had a survey code and I tried telling the survey code they told me they told me dude we cannot do survey codes here because I don't know how to do it I'll get someone to do it and then I had to receive it right another 10 minutes for someone to come take my order again they didn't they never ever came so I left cuz there was a long line for me and I did not want to wait so you're reading this review never show up of a review but like a survey code ever again because they're just going to tell you no and force you to walk away so this McDonald's is really horrible never eat here so many more places in warrensburg that's so much better.

Where to start. Should I start with dirty floors stepping on fries or garage cans full? Or maybe an easy 5 min order which took 45 mins because of in competence or lack of managerial supervision.
Or my simple MacDouble which had ketchup all over outside of bun, instead on inside of bun.
All food was luke warm at best considering we had to wait for it to be cooked and assembled. Hamburger order came out as cheese burger.
The only positive thing to say was their ice machine did dispense frozen ice.

Thank you for adding a reply but I will NOT be using your "link". Your "Customer Care" should have been done at the time of my order (not after). Maybe even change your title to "Employee Care Team". You should be concentrating on educating your employees. If they do a good job, I (the customer) would not have complainants/problems with my orders.
Here is a perfect example for EVERY McDonalds (even yours). If I place an order of 3 items or more there is a 99% chance I will be given an incorrect order. If I place an order of 8 items or more at any Chinese takeout restaurant there is a 100% chance I will be given a perfect order. They will pack all items that I ordered perfectly. Think about that.
To be honest, I will never be back at this specific McDonalds store because I was traveling. But I will mostly likely NOT be back at ANY McDonalds because of poor employee attitude and work ethic. I have said me piece.
6/17/26 - Added by me (the customer). Since I did NOT click on the link that McDonald's asked me to for further complaints, McDonald's has NOT reached out to me. This is just another example of how bad the corporate structure and management is. McDonald's clearly does NOT care about their stores, their food or their employees. They already lost me as a customer but if they don't improve, they will lose a lot more customers. It's not my problem for McDonald's poor performance, it's their problem.
