- AMAbdirahman Mohamed2 days ago3.0Being located at a high demand location. There are a a few changes to be made. To mitigate rapid depletion of inventory, an increase in stock levels is recommended. Several meal selections we attempted to order were unavailable. Additionally, the limited staffing of three employees resulted in extended wait times. The understaffing also made it challenging to request additional cutlery, as the employees were exceptionally busy. Implementing a self-service station for utensils, napkins, and similar items could alleviate this issue. Furthermore, an ordering kiosk would be beneficial in optimizing employee availability. These adjustments would enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer experience and satisfaction.

Instead of a courteous response, she replied with a rude, snarky attitude, saying, "We don't open until 8. Do the lights look on to you?" I left and returned at 8:02 a.m. When I asked if they were open, the same manager responded even more disrespectfully, repeatedly saying, "Do the lights look on to you?" I apologized, explaining that she had told me the store opened at 8:00 a.m., but she continued with the same rude response. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any Chick-fil-A location. The attitude and lack of professionalism from a manager were incredibly disappointing. All of this over trying to order a breakfast sandwich. Chick-fil-A has always been known for outstanding customer service, but this experience was the complete opposite. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management provides better customer service training, especially for those in leadership positions.

While waiting in line to order our food it was easy to see the system that was in place. Everything was working as it should, take order, drinks were served, wait for the food to be cooked and put into the metal slide, that employee would bag and call name. When it was our turn to order we were the first customer of shift change for the counter employees. We ordered. Did not get our drink, (no big deal), and waited for food. The food slid down and sat. The woman that was working continued to take orders of others until the order line was empty, all while making their drinks for them. The food was backed up, she kept taking orders. The Manager, or who ever it was that wore a button up shirt was sitting in the back, tie undone, laughing and having fun with the cooks. The cooks had done their job but the girl out front didn't have help. Before she served us our food (first customers after shift change) she had taken eleven orders. All the food was ready, but it sat there and sat there. The Manager needs to manage and help where help is needed instead of sitting in a chair laughing with the cooks. Sorry for the rant, but it sucked to wait so long and to see your food just sitting there for so long before you got it.
