  I used to come here a lot but not anymore after today. About one car was parked when I arrived, drive thru totally clear and it’s only about 5pm. Get to the ordering part and am left to sit there in silence for about 3-5 minutes, not a “please wait” or anything, just silence. I finally say “hello?” to get told to wait longer, no problem, I wait. Tell them I ordered online and am told to pull up, wait more, kid hands me a drink without saying anything to me. I wait another 2-3 minutes for 3 munchkins, I can only assume of which they forgot was in my order when I didn’t pull my car up and sat there longer. Different kid hands me my munchkins with the flattest “have a nice day” I’ve ever heard here. I’ve only been inside twice but it’s always looks a disaster when I do. I’ve worked at Dunkin’s off and on for years, was half tempted to apply to get an idea of what the H goes on in there that’s so time consuming you were making customers wait with no one else there and 3-4 people working. Never again! There are plenty of other Dunkin’s around.

  Other then the drive thru wait being extremely long and uncessary (they should really have people pull up when waiting on things and then bring it out to them to keep the line moving) this place is fantastic. There are a few employees (who I'm so sad to say I don't know there names) really go above and beyond for their job and make me feel so welcomed. As soon as I walk in or the few times I'm able to use the drive thru pull up they are immediately handing me my coffee with a smile without even asking who I am

  its 5pm and No donuts left and no munchkins so what's the point in even being open wish I could give 0 stars
