- TTTheGirlLikesMovies5 days ago1.0I hate writing this because this WAS my go to location. I work 5 minutes around the corner I've been going almost daily for 8 years. After the remodel there was a huge crash in quality across the board. When you drive up to order you are almost never greeted you get met with "what can I get you" when you drive to the window they young guys barely speak just bark your total at you. No "thank you", "you're welcome" and no "have a nice day". Fine, but the wait is crazy. I went this morning to the drive thru and there was a line to the mic, fine. The car in front of me ordered and then I just sat without the line moving for 10 minutes. I was there 10 minutes and never ordered. I looked behind me and the line was almost out to the street. I left and went instead at lunch. There was 1 car and they were still SLOW. When you get to the window their timers showing metrics of how fast transactions should take are almost always red when they are supposed to be green. And lastly the drinks even when not horrible are usually made wrong. The drink I had today, yesterday and the day before that, were all made wrong. Will not return.

But after the renovation this is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. The coffee is consistently horrible and every time I ask them to correct an issue the team rolls their eyes and huffs and puffs. I get the same order from every dunkin and theirs is the only one that tastes so terrible. I get my ice coffee light and sweet and it’s just light, no flavor or sugar at all. Absolutely a terrible place to go for drinks or service, no consistency at all.
