  Pure filth and rude kids who need training in customer service. Everything is wrong with this McDonalds in Victor, NY. I can't tell you how many times I've had undercooked food, warmed up fries and no carbonation in my soda. The drive thru is so bad, I started ordering in the store. The filth is shocking. The floors have food all over the place and the soda station is sticky and has garbage all over the counter and if you want ketchup, forget it, because the dispensers are always empty. This last visit was so bad I had to check reviews to see if I was the only one that had such a bad experience. I went in, ordered food after standing at the register for 15 min. as two 20-something guys look at me several times while they talk and pick fries out of the warmer and shove them in their mouths. Finally, after getting served, I leave with my food and open the food in the car only to find the chicken was so raw, that the mushy breading couldn't hang on to the runny, pink meat. I can't eat this so I go back in and wait some more with bag in hand as they ignore me (at least they weren't chomping on fries this time). Finally, one comes up to me, doesn't say a word, but is clearly annoyed I came back in indicating some problem. I start to explain that the chicken is raw and before I could finish, the kid grabs the bag out of my hand and walks over to the other kid and loudly proclaims so I can hear him: "In all the time I've worked here, I've never had a customer bring back food." He pours the food from the bag into the trash and remakes my order. While I wait, the other kid pulls more fries from the warmer again to eat. The kid making my food has an itchy nose attack so I watch him rub it like it's going to fall off. Then he takes his dirty hands, kicks some garbage on the floor out of his way enroute to the fryer and fills my fries. He grabs the wrong sauce and throws everything in the bag I came in with and tosses it on the counter from a distance without saying a word as he turns his back to me. This kid is the manager and he can't be bothered to follow basic sanitary guidelines, cook food properly or treat a customer with basic kindness. I've worked in food service and I know how it can be, so I treat people in that role with extra respect and I didn't do a thing to him to deserve that kind of treatment. Considering what I saw and went through, when I got home I just threw the food out. I returned to the store a couple days later asking who the owner of the McDonald's is and you'd think I asked the impossible with the open mouth stare I got from the employee. The employee then asked the manager (a different one with pink hair) and she waved me off like a pest, not bothering to ask if there was a problem. I eventually found out who the owners are and reached out directly on LinkedIn, thinking I might get a more professional response, but no. I honestly shouldn't be surprised as everyone knows that your people are only as good as their management and you can see how good their people are. Period. Longest review I ever wrote, but it was worth the time, so customers don't get sick.

  It was Sunday at 12:23. Ordered a Big Big Mac & spicy McChicken sandwich. Buy 2/$6.00! Thought Big Mac was included! So, employees was nasty about it. NOT saying it's only for fish & chicken! So, got confusing why it didn't add up right, said would fix when got to pay window! Not - figured I read it Wong why the price!
