  Showed up at dinner time and service was turned down because they were backed up on mobile orders. This is a walk in restaurant… customers in person should come first. I have been coming to this chipotle for years… this is the first time i have been turned away I am pissed.

  Poor experience with the workers who dont know how to efficiently man the line and keep it stocked. Tables and counters were dirty. About my third poor experience with the chain. I won't go back

  Absolutely horrible pick up today. We waited literally 40 minutes on an PICKUP order that was sitting in the corner to the side of the register where to go orders are prepped. The elder cashier women was too incompetent to understand that our order showed as completed yet wasn’t in the pick up spot and no one even helped us to figure out where it was. And not to mention that store has gone downhill with hygiene and cleanliness. I’ve had to tell people working the food assembly line to change their gloves on the past here, because they were about to prep my food with the same gloves they had a customers cell phone in their hands with when they looked at her order. Disgusting!! I don’t think I’ve ever left this low of a review before but thank goodness for the customer service rep online because NO ONE at this store helped or even understood what they’re doing.

  Everyone in there is lost. They sit on online orders instead of putting them on the shelf for you to grab. Oh, ask the cashier for your order you ask? Well that would be a great idea if the person wasn’t a 103 y/o who can barely not die of old age while at work, let alone help. After 45 minutes, I asked again for my order and it took another 5 for them to figure out where an already prepped order was that I could spot from the dining area.

  girl behind counter with glasses and dragon tattoo on forearm was disrespectful and laughed when my girlfriend asked for more rice because she asked for double and was barely even given a normal portion. after i proceed to ask for double rice in my bowl as well and she puts half a portion of rice in my bowl and moves along. when i asked for more rice she gave me a single bite of rice additional and when i laughed and said can i get a little more she proceeds to bring up her training even though she had been rude regardless since double rice was mentioned and then proceeded to talk over me while i was trying to voice to frustration. then i was proceeded to order a large chip and be given a small but charged for a large. honestly one of the worst chipotle experiences of my entire life and ive gotten food poisoning from chipotle in the past
