  Absolutely ridiculous! If you don't have the staff to be open till 2, don't be open till 2. I placed an online order at 11:40 right as I got out of work. Pulled into the drive thru at 11:45. Had about 4 people in line, no biggy. Waited for about 20 minutes. IN THE SAME SPOT. 2 people pulled out of line because who knows how long they had been waiting. And about another 15 minutes go by and they finally started taking orders. I had placed a mobile order for literally 2 plain soft tacos and 2 drinks. Clearly it's a complicated order when they still had to park me in a spot for my food and wait another 20 minutes. No point in placing a mobile order so that it's ready when you get there if you are still gonna have to wait almost a whole hour for it to be ready after you get there.   We waited for 20 minutes for our food. About 10 people came in and ordered and picked up their food before us. Absolute mess. 0/10 do not recommend. We never got our food. Complete joke
