The rice wasn't well seasoned. Definitely don't not recommend. You're better off going to Moe's or Taco Bell.

I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken bowl, but I was disappointed they were out of the sautéed peppers and onions. It was way too early in the day to be running out of an item like this. The price was a little high, totaling $15.34 for the bowl and a small fountain drink. That price is on par with Chipotle and Moe’s for a bowl and drink, but the food was not as good. They did have free chips and salsa if you download their app, which I did. The chips were extremely salty though and they only give you a tiny cup of salsa. I had to go back up to the counter 2 times to get more salsa, having to wait several minutes the last time for someone to get me more salsa. Overall, it was just very average. I might go back again to try something different and to see if it is any better.

I have in the past and on this visit I was told that the workers do NOT know where the tip money goes and they do NOT get it!!! What a scam. The company should be sued for dishonest business practice. I would feel bad if I didn't return as it could effect employees incomes if it became an issue and a lot of people didn't go back. The workers are always so friendly in Vestal, NY and I like visiting there. But I'm heated by the fact that they do not get the tips. Shame on you Qdoba!
