  Red dot forehead lady in drive thru very rude and short .” And then”was asked at least 7 times by red dot lady she is not good for customer service she also pulled out car after 15 seconds of being at the window with no one behind us unprofessional

  Count your change. Drive up person obviously can't count money or provide proper change. Oh. 2 Big Mac's.... Dry and NOT what we expected. 2 paper thin patties, special sauce, ton of lettuce, not quite cheese, no pickles, no onions on a stale sesame bun.

  I placed a mobile order ahead of time and arrived at the restaurant at approximately 1130am. I sat in line for about 5 minutes while other customers moved through, then sat, unanswered, at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes. It is a double-line location and the person in the other lane ALSO waited at least the same amount of time. Because of the excessive wait, I left the drive through speaker and drove around the building to the windows. There was no one. NO ONE else in line. And there was only one person in a "reserved drive thru" spot. There is no reasonable excuse for an operable restaurant being so slow. When I pulled up to the window and gave the woman my order, she handed us our drinks and still had me pull forward to a waiting spot because she wanted to move other customers through, as if she suddenly cared about how long the next customers wait might be. It seems there is overemphasis on artificially fast service times, by making customers wait at the speaker until all other customers are gone. I watched at least 2 other waiting vehicles decide to LEAVE this location becuase of how excessive the wait was. If thsi happend regularly I cant even imagine how much revenue this location loses. I was there for 20 minutes in total. I could get food at a full-service restaurant in that amount of time.

  Dropped my dog off for his 5:00 grooming appointment and drove across the parking lot to McDonald’s- Welcome to McDonald’s it’s going to be a bit of a wait. -several minutes later- I’m sorry about the wait, can I take your order?…Can you pull up to the yellow line. - 30+ minutes later I go in and ask about my food, followed by the woman from the car behind me. It was 6:04 when I got back in my car with my food. No apologies, no explanation, just here’s your food. I guess no one can accuse them of being “fast food”

  Floor was sticky, trash can was overflowing with trash stacked close to 18inches high on top of it. Trash all over the drink fill counter. Receipts stuck to the floor. The place was in such shambles and trash was everywhere we left without even waiting for our food we paid for (after 25 minutes waiting for 2 happy meals). Seemed like the A/C was broken too. I don't post these often, but this place needs some help. We visit Binghamton often, and we will only go to the other McDonalds in the area now
