    The counter people were bursting with personality. My first time there. I didn't know if should judge against subway or a Brooklyn Deli, either way they come up short. Not enough toppings, like subway. Bread is bland. There is so little meat and cheese for the money, Brooklyn deli. How they became a chain is shocking. Go to a good deli.

    Lady at the front on 9-15-26 at 8pm was rude and disrespectful towards my kids all they wanted was some Cesar dressing for their Cesar wrap never coming here again

    Google said that they close at 9 but in person they close at 8 so keep that in mind. However staff was super friendly and understanding and made my subs even after their system shut down.

    I have celiac disease and they argued with me to make me a lettuce wrap with ingredients from the fridge rather than what’s been on the line and cross contaminated. It was wild because I had to ask them to remake after they used the Mayo spatula that had touched breads on my lettuce wrap THEN still used shredded lettuce from the line. THEN called me after I filed a complaint to explain they did make my lettuce wrap allergen conscious. Cameras don’t lie. They did not use fresh shredded lettuce on mine. And here is the kicker, they used fresh shredded lettuce on my husbands!! After I specifically requested that on mine!! Not allergen friendly, rude and slightly incompetent staff. The fact they called me after to offer me a free sandwich rather than a refund says all you need to know about their understanding a food allergies.

    Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey mikes down the road. Jimmy John’s vestal has been my go to for subs for many years but recently it has gone down hill. For the same price you can get a loaded sub that feels worth your money at Jersey mikes. This is the quantity/quality you can expect from here… 1st off there is no mayo and the meat and optional jimmy peppers I had added were just as sparse as the tomato you see in the image.
