  I always give them a second third fourth chance and they disappoint every time. They should train their employees on customer relations. They skimpy out on the meats in my sandwiches every time. I think I'm done with them!

  Vestal parkway, vestal New york location Bad pizza and worse is the rude manager.. good lord if I ever treated my customers like that, I would have been out of business decades ago. He needs some management training.. customer service training .. too many pizza places to go to, and be treated well

  I ordered online at 6pm on Saturday order was accepted and charged on my card then drive all the there and doors are locked, there were people inside that did nothing, walked back to my car and there was another guy that that did the same thing went away empty handed, what a joke, why accept my order and charge me? I did get a refund but that's not the point, guess I'm done going there never knowing if there are opened Jersy Mike's here i come.

  My husband and I ordered and paid for two sandwiches online. When we arrived at the store, the ‘Open’ sign was still up, but the door was locked and no one was there.

  Google confirmed this locations hours to be closed at 9 pm but they said they were closed at 8pm even though all the open signs are still lit. This is multiple times now that I've showed up at 8pm and they won't allow any new customers. Update your Google hours.
