That was after watching people wait 20+ minutes for their food. We've had issues with chipotle over the years and that was the final straw. 1* because at least I got my refund, even though I spent a half hour trying to get an answer...
- RRRosaMay 5, 20261.0I went in not long ago an I’m not the one to complain but the girl who prepared our food was not meant to be working in the food service industry the whole process was rushed bowls spilling into other food, she then put the wrong beans on one of our bowls which is fine it was a mistake but to then proceeded to dig them out with her hand I get wearing gloves is supposed to be more for food safety but it was gross not to mention she just seemed like she didn’t want to be doing it, over all I have never had a bad experience in store but I won’t be going back after this.

Imagine waiting online for your 30 min dinner break on a Sunday night, having all of your order prepared and then you ask for guac….simple right! NOPE, GUAC IS SAVED FOR THOSE WHO ORDER ON THE APP - per Ulrich the manager. If you don’t order it on the app you can’t get it. So they will throw out your entire order that they prepared instead of letting you pay for guac!!!! Imagine going to McDonalds but you can’t get fries because you didn’t order them on the app! This policy is beyond ridiculous!!! WE HAVE A LIMITED SUPPLY OF GUAC SO WE SAVE IT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ORDER ONLINE - again Ulrich the manager. They will literally throw profit in the trash instead of allowing you to pay for what you want. ABSURD!!!!!

- QFQuavarra FallenApr 19, 20261.0Tonight was my fourth visit within 2 weeks hoping they had everything advertised on their menu after walking out every previous visit. As previous visits they were out of at least half of the menu. From proteins, lettuce, cheese every time. Today I decided to walk right to the front to view food items before waiting in a line that had 19 people ahead of me when I walked in. No one serving for about 5 minutes so the line was not moving. But food was stocked so decided to wait. Got home and white rice was hard. Not fully cooked. Which as the base of the meal caused me and my husband to not eat. But was not putting money and time to waste so made my own rice and took everything the top to enjoy SOMETHING!! I have after today officially given up. On top of the service they were out of all condiments and utensils and napkins. Terrible terrible terrible!
