  Not only did they not take my order when I parked in a stall but when I decided to go to the drive through the girl ( Alexandra (name on receipt) had the WORST attitude I’ve ever experienced at ANY fast food restaurant. She was rushing me while taking my order as if I was ordering slow ( I was not I knew what I wanted since I had been waiting 20 minutes in a stall). Then when I asked for her name she refused and told me it was on the receipt. I get it fast food is stressful but why are we taking it out on customers? Do better!

  Slowest sonic I’ve ever been to, every time it’s 20+ minutes before anybody even answers on the screen if anybody answers at that. I end up walking away without food every time. Literally staring at you through the window while you’re standing there at a screen but they can’t be bothered to speak to you. Ridiculous
