  I came to the drive up and the lady answered the call to take the order when I press. The red button was so nasty and rude. It made me never want to eat here again in my life.

  I went to Sonic Valley Stream drive through. I sat there for a few minutes before I was acknowledged. Drive through was empty. There were cars in the stalls but no employees outside. Seemed quiet. It is usually hard to hear because of traffic but the volume was extremely low. I could barely hear. I made my order and drove up. When I got to the window, I am told that they do not have the Lime Slushie that I ordered. The question what other one do you want? I responded what are the flavors that received a roll of the eyes. When I said I don't have a menu to see it. After you rattling off a partial list, I said Mango. She then asked regular or sugar free, I asked which one do you use for the slushie. I got so much attitude I cancel my order and drove away. She needs to know, im not you Mom. This is a professional business and show preform the proper customer service. If she should be placed in a job that does not have customer contact until she passed the customer service training class. Yesterday they lost a sales due to her inadequate behavior. Extremely disappointed as I drove other places to get a flushing. I one from a competition.

  There was a rude employee think her name is alexandra curly hair young Hispanic woman this was by far the worst experience ive had anywhere she was so rude never had this happen before she need to get fired i see only 1 star reviews about the same girl WHY HAVE HER AROUND????

  New day same girl i saw her yesterday i order fries and a drink she has an attitude and as a watier your not letting me know when you can bring my order shes need to take break because she is good at giving attitude i ordered from her many times its odd that she does this to me several times
