I know at any other dunkin or place I work if you just walked off while customer waiting you'd be fired right away. Whoever the manager is clearly needs to do better or be replaced. Never going here again. What a joke

Unfortunately, the service has been consistently substandard. Despite selecting 'walk-in' for convenience, my orders are never placed in the designated pickup area; instead, they are routinely held near the drive-thru window or in areas inaccessible to me. During each of my 4 visits, the lobby staff fails to acknowledge customers, not even just myself.. leaving the food preparation lead to manage a massive backlog of orders (often 15+) while simultaneously acting as the only point of contact for guest assistance. The lack of support for the kitchen staff and the disregard for mobile pickup protocols have made this location unreliable for commuters.
