  My husband and I have been going to Tony’s on burrstone for over twenty years. Always had the best service and great food. Tonight we ordered pizza I got the rudest kid on the phone. I god forbid saw a special that they do t have anymore and just said they should take it off menu. She stayed I have no control over that. I said you might want to let the owner know. So that little statement I guess made her upset or something . I put my order in lg pizza 30 wings when my husband cashed out she rang it up wrong then had to ring out 5.20 on top of the 46.80. On the phone she said my bill would be 50.19 well add the two together and it came to 52.00. It sounds like the right hand don’t know what the left is doing. When he got home the wings were not bagged so all the sauce leaked out all over my pizza. The pizza was not done it was horrible wing sauce got in the box. When I called, the machine picks up and tells you specials then they will be right with you. She answer hello not Tony’s I said is this Tony’s she hung up in my ear. I called back and another girl answered I asked her if I could leave my number for the owner she repeated my number wrong and then told me to call in the morning. I asked his name she gave me it. I am done going to Tony’s , sounds like they have a bunch of I don’t care people there and after over 20 years I will not be spending another dime there. Pizza and wings go in one sitting at my house and I have over half a pizza and about 20 wings left because no one like it. if I had time to order somewhere else ( I was feeding my family) I would have brought it all back and dealt with the owner later. It’s a shame that we spend good money on food and you get horrible food and customer service.

  Just ordered The food was amazing. The delivery guy was a jerk. Delivered to office building didn't even have my name for the order as he walks out "Oh Well I didn't get a tip anyway" which if he had my name cash tip was waiting all along. Just rude for no reason.

  Good prices good service great pizza. Exactly the kind of place you expect to have great pizza in New York state. We were there late in the evening but they still had a stream of customers coming in to get a slice. The deli selections looked great too with good prices.

  Love the subs here pizza is good to. Fries are soggy and were not hood. The wait time for our food was way to long. Atmosphere is ok place could be cleaner

  Love dining here because they let me charge up my bike and food their is amazing the steak sub definitely 10/10
