  It's what you expect from a taco bell and the customer service is good. It gets busy sometimes but I'm from NYC, so it ain't nothing to be too concerned about just plan accordingly.

  Poor customer service. Ordered online simple burrito for pickup, went to store some 45 minutes later (around 8:40 pm) for pickup, but there is nothing on shelf ready. The person at front desk handling the register, said there is no order by my name. I asked again and she denied that there is any order for me. I check my email order again confirmation and it shows that order is correct and paid. I asked again if this is correct address of store, but instead of answering my question, I was told again "THERE IS NO ORDER here". I then show the order confirmation email to her and was about to leave the store, then she finds my order surprisingly. Then a guy comes from inside with my Burrito and hands it over to me finally. Why was my order kept somewhere inside instead of keeping it on shelf like rest? Also, Do i have to go through so much trouble to PROVE that I placed a simple order? All this for a small burrito? Very poor customer service. Best part, NOT EVEN apologetic for mistakes. Also Burrito was not made well. How can I recommend this taco bell to anyone?

  I want to Taco Bell today to grab some food and they told me everything was in the bag gave it to me and I drove off cuz I went through the drive-thru I got back I noticed I was missing something. I called the store they answered the phone but never said hello they just stopped basically stopped it from ringing and I can hear everything in the background but nobody would get on the phone and talk to me. And I'm already missing something that they got paid for it but I'm out of it because they don't want to answer their phone correctly.

  No doubt it was the best taco bell I have been to in a very long time! Food was fresh and actually a good amount of toppings as well!

  I asked for large fries why that shit looks like a medium.. One day I’m gonna go there and ask for one large Fries and one medium fries and one small fries..$4.01 my ass..McDonalds gives more fries
