In the summer of 2022, I stepped in to address an incident where a veteran using a wheelchair tried to grab lunch here one afternoon, but was completely blocked from entering due to physical accessibility barriers at the store.
When the gentleman submitted a complaint through Jimmy John's corporate website expecting basic courtesy, the store owner called him back but the phone call didn't go well at all.
I reached out to Jimmy John's corporate offices repeatedly and courteously to discuss the accessibility barriers and the owner's conduct. Corporate responded via email only once, washing their hands of the situation by stating that because it was a franchise, independent owners are solely responsible for their stores. However, corporate did not counter the veteran's story even though they clearly had opportunity to do so.
I stopped being a Jimmy John's customer in 2022. It is unconscionable for a business owner to treat a veteran—or anyone with a disability—this way. Unfortunately, this story repeats itself time and again despite all the public rhetoric about honoring those who served.
I frequent this location and there’s a new worker named Trey that is awesome! He’s efficient, good multitasker, fast, and professional. Orders have been accurate and service has improved so much!

Honestly, I usually order off of Doordash, so I don't really go into the store so I can't really say anything about the establishment itself. However I sincerely have no idea why everytime I order as of late, I constantly get a sub that is either just flat out wrong or oddly half of the sub I ordered is completely different and the other half is perfectly fine. I have zero idea why this has been happening so consistently over the past half a year. All I order is a toasted chicken bacon ranch without the ranch, mayo, onions and then add pickles as well as oil and vinegar. That is all, and they always mess it up. I'm sure it's busy and I understand that, but literally how can you make an order without even looking at the order? It takes more effort to make a regular CBR than my sub. I just can't justify ordering from this place when they consistently mess up the order. I recommend actually going there since if they mess up you can catch it and get a refund.

Ordered through Door Dash. Mistake was made with our order, which wasn't a big deal and happens from time to time. Simply put in a re-delivery. After 30 mins I called to just on the status. The "Manager" Beth started getting an attitude that there's NO POSSIBLE way it was made wrong because she did it herself. After I said I already sent the pictures to Doordash, she said I would have to come in person and personally show her the sandwhiches... I called Doordash for help and she told them at 5:15 that she couldn't redeliver because the store closes soon (6pm).... So she wasn't prepared to make a sandwich in 45 minutes for someone from Doordash to deliver to me? Worst customer service ever. I guess I shouldn't be surprised based on how she was acting that our sandwiches weren't made right.
