This last time we ordered on the app 30 mins ahead and went through drive thru. They gave us our wraps, bagels, and hash browns and then made us pull ahead to wait on a donut, muffin, and coffee… what?????? We waited 15 mins and I finally went in. The coffee was sitting on the counter made and they had to grab the donut and muffin. And they were annoyed that I was frustrated. Kept rolling their eyes and shaking their head at me when I got out of my car and came in. I was pretty calm and polite given the circumstances.
