  This is by far the cheapest-run McDonald’s I’ve ever been to on Long Island. The level of service here is honestly frustrating, especially when it comes to something as simple as sauces. I’ve been here at least 15 times, and almost every single time they forget to include sauces—even when I specifically ask for them. Not even basic items like ketchup are included. I’ve had to drive back multiple times just to get what I already paid for. At this point, it feels like they’re deliberately not giving them out, which doesn’t make sense. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get something that’s part of your order. Management seriously needs to address this, because it’s a consistent issue, not a one-time mistake.

  It was going great also found a table, ideal for the short work period I was in, just to be greeted by an employee who told me I'm not supposed to be sitting there, old grumpy lady. At the end I convinced her that it was ok and she ended up even cleaning my table, which was used before hand. Food great and timing ok as well.

  This McDonald’s has improved tremendously, and I’m genuinely happy to be a customer. As a local, I’ve seen it go through so many changes over the years—different staff, different management—but the difference now is clear. Day and night, the staff is super efficient, always respectful, and there are no long waits. It’s honestly impressive, and it deserves to be recognized. Everyone should hear this.
