  The inside needs to be open more and when your on a bike and you order inside the doors are locked most of the time and then they get mad when you knock on the door

  Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else in tupper lake . Ordered a counter ordered ahead of time to skip the wait . Get there and find the doors locked with a note starting an issue with the building. Proceed to drive around to explain I ordered counter service and received attitude from the drive thru worker explaining she couldn’t see counter orders and the lobby was closed due to short staff. We proceeded to explain this to the shift lead and he gave us attitude about how multiple orders can’t go to the same car . We tried to explain that my group and I ordered counter service and that we can’t access them with the doors locked . Get our food to find multiple items missing and not a single sauce packet to be found .

  Supposed to be open till 1030 and closed at 830. Workers inside doing nothing. Not even cleaning
