  Came here tonight at 11pm. First off, we drive by and it looks closed. We pulled up to the dark speaker as the hours say 24/7, they answered finally. Told them we couldn’t even see the menu because the menu was pitch black. Looks like they just shut all lights off so they’d get no business. After we finally placed our ordering after basically guessing what to get, we sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting. We barely even got anything. $76 for 6 little sandwiches!! Insane. Slow slow service.

  Atmosphere inside.... not too many people eat in there. Most go through drive thru. They are young employees and take forever. They mess up shakes sometimes, but I chalked that up as they are new and learning. Foods okay for something quick. What can I say its fast food....so....

  This might be a long review but it is worth the read! I have been to this Sonic several times and have had decently pleasant experiences (and it's usually once every few months, very sporadic) but today was my number one favorite visit! They recently hired a new manager, Kasandra, and she was so delightful! I felt like I was in the Southern Chick-fil-a drive through with her taking my order! She wrote down my order to make sure she got every aspect correct (on paper I might add because I assume they were experiencing technical difficulties), added everything I wanted, even when I changed my mind. Listed ALL the new refreshers for me to pick the right one for me. She even sang the little Sonic jingle when I paid. I asked for ketchup in my bag and she put enough ketchup to feed a 4 person family! (And I love ketchup so that was a blessing) and added several peppermint candies as well (and I mean several). She was such a kind individual! She even gave me two air freshers to hang in my car, why? I don't know, maybe cause she's a kind individual! Lastly she told me she planned on getting a pair of roller skates that matches her uniform so she can take orders from the bay and I haven't seen a Sonic worker do that in years! It was such a wonderful experience for a quick drive thru visit! And to top it all off when I got home my burger was SMOTHERED! (both in condiments and LOVE) I mean I told her I wanted everything on it and she made sure EVERYTHING was on it! Kasandra if you see this, you made my day! I will not be eating dinner because lunch was more than enough and Sonic you better hold on to her because she will make sure you have loyal customers who come back cause she definitely just gained one here and she will make plenty more!

  Just bad. Noone answered and went i to store. Guy there says it will be over 30 min cause he cant make food and work register at the same time. Felt sorry for him, but not as bad as the folks in the store waiting to find out he still hadn't started their food.. We left. Place needs a manager.
