  Ordered 4 sandwiches with peppers. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes for 4 sandwiches and none of them had the peppers. Slow service.

  Ordered a Jimmy John’s Sandwich and Baskin-Robbins ice cream and was very pleased with the customer service. Even though the place was busy, the team prepared my order just right. I truly appreciate their effort and exceptional customer service from Karan!

  “I recently visited the new Jimmy John’s location, and it’s even better because they have a Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins at the same place! The setup is convenient, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly, efficient staff across all three brands. My Jimmy John’s order was ready super fast, living up to their “freaky fast” promise, and the sandwich was fresh and delicious. After lunch, I grabbed a coffee from Dunkin’ and a scoop of my favorite ice cream at Baskin-Robbins—such a treat to have it all in one spot! This location is perfect for grabbing a quick bite, a caffeine boost, or a dessert. I highly recommend stopping by for the variety and great service. Five stars all around!”
