  I really like the huge spaces and aisle after aisle of food available for us to buy. Fresh produce and many more variety of food available here. Easy to locate items. Staff are pretty helpful.

  First time there. Good selections and all. Very clean store. I gave 2 stars less because of customer service alone. Most of the workers seem so miserable when they’re asked a question or you need help at checkout. The rudeness started with the deli guy in the morning. It was like I was speaking to myself u til he finally decided to look up. His. Face showed annoyance and not wanting to be there when I asked for meats. Not one person I came in contact with replied back to my greeting in that store including when I left

  My husband and I shop this Hannaford often. We really enjoy the staff, and most are super helpful and friendly. At least until they hired a new gentleman in the deli department. Since he has been hired we have had to deal with him on several occasions. He is always rude, and always makes us feel rushed. Our most recent experience with him is what made us realize we will no longer shop this Hannaford deli. We would much rather take our business to Market 32. We had asked him for 3 simple deli items. We asked that each item be sliced on the thinner side. This is always a problem for him, he complains and states that the machines will not let him cut it that thin. No other employee has ever said this to us. Other employees have always cut our deli meat the way we ask with no issues. This most recent visit he sliced the first item as asked. Next we asked for turkey sliced thin, what we got was thick slices of turkey, he stated the machine would not cut it any thinner. He then proceeded to label the turkey as roast beef, which was double the price of the turkey. We refused to buy the turkey that way. He then agreed to give us the cheese we ordered, but he was too lazy to slice it and proceeded to have the machine slice it for him. As paying customer this sort of behavior and attitude is crazy. We have done nothing to this man to have him act this way. The bigger issue is that this happens every time he works the deli counter. Please get employees who care about customer service. We heard other customers complain about him also, so we are not the only people who feel this way.

  The staff here are consistently so friendly and helpful. Good produce and thankful for the late hours.

  My husband and I had a gift card and when we called for the balance it said $50.19, we didn't believe it so we called twice and it said the same thing. We ventured out here on the bus and unfortunately the card only had $15.19. our total was $42 and some change, after deciding what we were going to sacrifice, the cashier, I want to say her name was April P. Her last name definitely started with a P, i know that. She simply found out that we were in a rush to get the bus, and swiped a card which paid for our groceries so I asked were you able to fix the gift card? Or how did you do that? She didn't want to admit that she had paid for our groceries so I asked her straight out did you just use your credit card and she laughed and said yes but that's okay I get paid decent here. So now I'm at the bus stop in tears like a big baby because we do not give blessings like this often and we actually NEEDED this today. I hope I got her name right but if I didn't I hope you guys can find her. She was running the self-checkout by herself around 7:45 p.m. on Saturday April 25th 2026. She absolutely deserves a raise or at least some type of award, maybe even a gift card herself so that she can use it on some things. Lol thank you sooooo much, I'm blown away
