  I had only gone 1x before to Hannafords in Troy (when they first opened) and decided to check it out again this past weekend. 1) prices are competitve 2) Store was very calm, nice lighting and music -- not terribly loud etc. 3) Deli counter personnel very nice, i asked about the diff turkey options etc and they were patient and polite. 4) store "made" cookies delicious, c.chip chunk 5) plenty of parking. * Not sure if there's security, that wasn't visible in the parking lot only thing I noticed. Will shop there again.

  Nothings ever stocked after 5pm get a few employees for grocery atleast to run in the back room and grab stuff for customers

  I come here weekly to get fruit and today was the first day I noticed that the raspberries and blackberries weren't moldy or rotten. But, you can't trust the product so you gotta look at it as well as open it. Staff member stocking produce asked me to stop touching the berries because of food borne illness. Mentioned if I didnt like the berries to move on - essentially look with your eyes. Don't put out rotten fruit and I won't have to look so hard, right? For $9 dollars a package of blueberries I'm going to inspect them - too bad if you do not like that. Also, where's your store inspection sign you hung up at the left entrance of the store? Did you get caught again not using best practices with your deli products?

  They got fresh food at reasonable prices. The staff is reasonably friendly, except for maybe last Saturday when they had a pickup to go. The person did a pretty good job, but I was kind of taking a back a little when he got rude, when he thought I forgot something. That doesn't usually happen, I don't know what the attitude was about, but rest assured it got corrected. It's a very well stocked store and very clean as well. The produce is very fresh and everything is well maintained.

  Love the "new" store, had to run in and pick up the cake for my Grandson's graduation party yesterday. Love their Best Cream frosting, its the only frosting my family will eat! Once again, great job!! Decorating and flavor was spot on!! Another party in the books, thanks Hannaford!!
