- CWClark WoodruffMay 1, 20261.0Typical Panera atmosphere but something is wrong at this location. We preorder and for the last 3 weeks it takes an hour for soup and salad. Then quality nor quantity is there- soup is just broth, I had to go up to get some substance and totally ignored until I abruptly got some one’s attention. Amount of soup for a bowl was a cup worth- this has been an ongoing problem here. Stay away- let them figure out their mess. There’s plenty of mom n pop places near by with better quality, better portion, at same or better price. Mojo Market or Gateway Grill are two examples.

I waited over 45 minutes for my order, and when I brought it up, the supervisor, Draynayah, was dismissive and rude instead of addressing the issue. She seemed more focused on joking around with another employee than ensuring customers were taken care of. I also noticed serious hygiene concerns. Staff were handling food without gloves or hairnets, and one employee had long dreads uncovered. At one point, I even saw someone scratching their head while preparing orders, which is extremely unsanitary. Several people were complaining and yet again I will not return and my salad and sandwich was horribly made. On top of that, the dining area was dirty, which made the overall experience even worse. Between the long wait, poor customer service, and lack of cleanliness, this visit was very disappointing. I’ve already contacted the corporate office regarding these issues.
