  Apparently, I'm the idiot for ordering a grilled chicken sandwich. I was here 5/8 and placed a $40 order. I asked the driver thru person if they had grilled chicken sandwiches. They said "grilled chicken sandwiches? Yea, we have grilled chicken sandwiches." So I ordered. I got home and didn't have thr grilled chicken. I didn't feel like dealing with it, so I just let it go. I went back today for another $40 order, and ordered the grilled chicken again. I got home and had the hot and spicy in my bag. I went back to McDonald's and the manager said they don't have grilled chicken. I said that they used to. She's like well that was in the past. I said ok, but I specifically asked at the drive thru. She said "This id McDonald's. All of our chicken is crispy." Thank, I'm completely aware of where I am ordering. But I was made to feel like the idiot for ordering something that usef to be on the menu when the drive thru person clearly doesn't know what grilled chicken it. My mom is elderly and doesn't have teeth. She can't eat the crispy chicken or anything spicy and is sick of always having to get cheeseburgers when I get dinner for the family. But apparently managent would rather just talk to you like you're an idiot rather than explaining its a discontinue item.

  How can you suck at your job so bad that you mess up every single order. Always forget something in the order. Just a waste of time here

  Everything came correct in my order as it should have, and I wasn't overcharged. Can't ask much more than that. Food was fresh

  I have gone here 2 days in a row and both times my order was wrong the first time they gave me food so old I almost broke a tooth on it and the second time I didn't even get anywhere near what I ordered how about you actually train your employees to do their job correctly and If I go back and get old food again I will report you to the health department
