- TWTaneka Wright2 days ago1.0Drug test the whole crew working on 5/18/26. They could not get orders straight. They took one guy’s order over the phone and after he arrived and waited 20 minutes they told him they didn’t have an order for him. He showed them on his phone where he called to placed the order. Apparently they can’t read either because my order was ready but they didn’t call my name. I checked in and was told a”a few more minutes”. I waited 20 minutes and went back to the front to check on the hold up and was told,”we called your name”. Someone yelled out #17 multiple times but my order number did not have a 17 anywhere in it. Don’t waste your time ordering from here. Go to Jersey Mikes. The service is much better and you don’t have to wait 20 minutes past when your order was due to be ready.
