- KHKyle HouseJul 13, 20261.0Ask for steak, "it should be out in 10 min" okay I'll wait. 10 min go by and the cooked steak is just sitting on the counter, another employee goes to cut it and the tall "chef" with dreads told her off despite her saying multiple people are waiting for it. Guy goes back to the kitchen, drops multiple things on the floor and then re-uses them to do other things. Another 10 min go by and 2 more of us are waiting for steak, while it just sits there. We ask again when it will be ready, after 20 min, for them to say "we don't know when we'll have steak" we left without food. I have tried to get Chipotle around 10 times in WNY, and have only recieved food maybe 3 of those times

When they acknowledged her, staff couldn't find order. Said would "remake order". 25 minutes later, I had counted 27 uber eats, online order, and counter customers go in and leave with their orders after the issue was identified with staff, while still failing to make our online order. Took 50+ minutes from online take out order submission to getting food. Worst customer service ever experienced at any Chipotle restaurant!
