  We became aware of this restaurant today while out walking. We are visiting from Oregon and thought we would treat ourselves to dinner. We had the fungi risotto, martini risotto, beet salad and calimari. The risotto’s were creamy with distinctive flavors, delicious. The beet salad very fresh and tangy. A wonderful meal. We hope to have another opportunity to try their other appealing dishes.

  Some restaurants get it right and Risotto definitely does. It's small and cozy and if you are driving past you might miss it but if you do, turn around and stop in. There is a nice size parking lot on the side of the restaurant. There is a nice outdoor seating area in front of the restaurant that is very comfortable. When you walk in there is a well stocked bar to the left and a very nice sized dining room. The decor is classic and simple and there is authentic Italian music playing softly. Your meal is started with a basket of pane de casa with EVOO and a plate with 2 different types of cheese, 2 pieces of bruschetta, 2 pieces of salami and a mix of basil garlic and roasted red peppers. There was a nice page of specials from which we chose the grilled eggplant with prosciutto and smoked mozzarella which came with an arugula salad on the plate. From the main menu we also chose steamed muscles in white wine for a second app and chicken martini and chicken scarparo. The portions were perfect size, seasoned well and delicious. The staff was incredibly attentive and the water glass was never empty and dirty plates never sat for long. Dessert was a tiramisu and all desserts come with a nice presentation with dry ice ! The prices are a bit high but the taste and freshness of the food are worth it. If you are in the mood for good Italian food make Risotto your stop.

  We had the pleasure of dining here and it was Fantastic! Such friendly staff and very attentive. Definitely will be back, and definitely recommend to everyone !
