  Moved here a year ago and everyone is in this supermarket are very friendly. Very clean, I can find whatever it is I need.

  Esos idiotas acusaron a la madre de mi amigo de robar, a pesar de que la vieron pagar todos sus artículos. Como no llevaba cesta y tenía los brazos llenos, metió una vela en el bolso dejándola sobresalir, y al llegar a la caja la pagó. Incluso después de ver las imágenes de seguridad y el recibo, volvieron a hablar con ella al día siguiente. Hicieron llorar a una señora mayor; ¡ella lleva años comprando allí! Pero si hubiera sido una mujer blanca, ¡probablemente no habrían dicho nada! Theses idiots, accused my friends mom of stealing. even though they watched her pay for all of her items. She had no basket and her arms were loaded, so she put a candle in her purse, sticking out, and when she got to the counter she paid for it. Even after they saw the footage and saw her receipt the still spoke to her again the next day. they made an old woman cry. she's been going there for years! But had she been a white woman they probably wouldn't have said anything!

  Very disappointed with this supermarket location. The prices are already extremely high, but what made the experience worse was the unnecessary bag checks and the way customers are treated upon entering the store. It creates an uncomfortable environment and feels discriminatory. I definitely will not be shopping at this location again. After speaking with others, it is clear several people have also had negative experiences here. Customers deserve to feel respected and welcomed, not judged the moment they walk through the door. Security policies should be handled fairly and professionally for everyone.

  Racist. Walked in on 1/24/26 in prep for the snow storm with an empty reusable bag for my groceries and my toddler in a shopping cart. Guy at the door wanted to check by reusable bag before I started shopping - I let that slide. Walked 10 steps into the store and was being followed and watched. I asked - in Spanish - if there was a problem or if they needed anything - no answer, just blank stares. Tried to keep shopping for a sec and noticed the same guy who was at the door now had a walkie talkie and was watching me from down the aisle. Before I walked out, I asked if only dark skin shoppers were followed around. Cashiers were all silent ... Manager couldn't bother to look up from his phone. I should have sensed something was off - right before a snow storm and their store was empty. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Racista. Entré el 1/24/26 para prepararme para la tormenta de nieve con una bolsa reutilizable vacía para mis compras y mi niño en un carrito de compra. El empleado que estaba en la puerta de entrada quiso revisar mi bolsa reutilizable antes de yo entrar; lo dejé pasar. Caminé unos 10 pasos dentro de la tienda y ya me estaban siguiendo y vigilando. Pregunté si había algún problema o si necesitaban algo. No respondieron; solo me miraron en blanco. Intenté seguir comprando un momento y noté que el mismo hombre de la puerta ahora tenía un walkie-talkie radio y me observaba desde el pasillo. Antes de irme, pregunté si solo a los compradores de piel oscura los seguían por la tienda. Las cajeras se quedaron en silencio… El gerente ni siquiera se molestó en levantar la vista de su teléfono. Debí haber notado que algo no estaba bien: justo antes de una tormenta de nieve y la tienda estaba vacía. Lleven su dinero, ganado con tanto esfuerzo, a otro lugar.

  I just moved back to parkchester after many years.This store used to be a pioneer many years ago.I haven't shopped here but judging by some of the reviews I think I'll skip this store.I miss the old parkchester we had better stores.Demographics have really changed for the worst.This complex is not the same nice place I grew up in hoping to move.
