  Very disappointing experience at Chipotle in Tarrytown. It’s 11:10 AM and the doors are still locked, even though the posted hours on the door clearly say they open at 10:45 AM. I tried asking the staff inside for an answer and was ignored, then treated rudely when I tried again. This also isn’t the first time I’ve come here after 10:45 AM and the restaurant was still closed. If you advertise an opening time, customers should be able to expect the store to actually be open at that time. At the very least, the staff should communicate respectfully when there’s a delay.

  I travel a lot for work and frequent Chipotle because I like it, but this is the worst location I’ve ever visited. The employees had bad attitudes, the place was dirty, and we arrived at 9:00 PM only to find everything already packed up for closing. I went back a second time to give them another chance, but the second visit was even worse than the first. I wish them luck with the business—they’re going to need it... I’m never coming back.

  The staff was extremely cold and rude. The beverage and utensil area was piled high with garbage that needed to be taken out. Come on Chipotle I have frequented many locations across the country and this was really disappointing.

  Came around noon for lunch. Worker gave good portion of the hot honey chicken!!! The ice machine had ran out of ice I went to go ask one of the workers and they were very receptive to my needs, and she came off of the line to fill the ice machine again for me.

  After receiving my food, I noticed that the dining area was extremely dirty. I politely asked a tall, skinny, young female employee with black hair if she could provide a rag so I could clean the table where my family and I were going to eat. Instead of assisting me, she responded, “What’s wrong with the table? Can you just take another table?” I explained that the tables were all dirty and that there were no clean options available. She then walked away and completely ignored my request. I found this response disrespectful and unacceptable, especially after spending money at your restaurant and simply asking for a clean place to sit and eat. Dirty place, no syrup on fountain sodas any flavor but sprite. Run away and take your business elsewhere im surprised is still have 3.1-5 it should have zeroo!!!
