  This is now TWICE, I have come to This store and the line is “closed” they seem to only be able to handle online orders, short staffed and the list goes on. Store is always a wreck.

  Genuinely might be the worst location I’ve been too. I often go to a chipotle and I’ve been here loads of times as I work next door and I’ve given them a lot of grace over the time I’ve been going. I’ve consistently gone and had my orders messed up or they’ve had no rice or meats. It’s always something never an easy experience. I went today and they had no white rice, so I got brown rice. I then got my order and checked it before I left because I had a feeling they messed it up. Shock, it was the wrong I order so I asked if they could make it again but this time there was actually no more rice in the whole building apparently so I got my refund and walked out. Everyone that works there seems to not care about anything and do things as they see fit. Last time I’ll be going there

  I came into the store around 7:00 PM, and the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00 PM. When I went to order, I was told they were out of brown rice. My wife had just received the last of the white rice, so there was no white rice available either. What was frustrating was that I could see a woman in the back preparing a fresh batch of brown rice. Instead of putting some of that rice out for the customers in the main line, she took the entire batch over to the side counter where they prepare the online orders. I asked the employee if he could get some of that rice from the other side, and he asked what I assume was the manager. The answer was no. I understand that online orders need to be prepared, but if both areas need rice, why not divide the batch so that the customers physically waiting in the store have something to choose from while the online orders are still being taken care of? Customers coming into the restaurant should be able to expect the basic menu options to be available, especially when there are still four hours left before closing. What made the experience even more disappointing was seeing employees in the back eating and talking while customers were waiting and basic food items weren’t being replenished. From a customer’s perspective, it gave the impression that taking care of the customers in the restaurant wasn’t the priority. I normally enjoy Chipotle, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope management addresses the way food is being managed between the in-store and online-order areas and makes sure employees are focused on serving customers while the restaurant is still open.

  This is the only place where the burrito portion is half the size of what you get at other Chipotle locations; the service is really bad, too—they pretend not to understand, serve whatever they feel like, and charge exorbitant prices.
