  Came in during peak lunch time on Wednesday. I asked for a bowl with white rice. They did not have white rice available and said it would take 5 minutes before it was ready. I left without ordering. (I considered other alternatives but could not choose them due to food sensitivities.) There was a line of 5 or more behind me. Planning and food prep management needs to be better.

  Placed a mobile order with a pickup time of 9:40. I arrived exactly at 9:40, and the food didn’t even start being prepared until thirty minutes later. The woman behind the counter was more focused on her cell phone than on the customers, and there were about 4 people just standing around waiting for their orders. Completely unacceptable. After the prolonged wait, you would think the food would at least be decent. It was skimpy, and she didn't follow instructions.I won’t be coming back to this location.

  This location seemed to go through a big change in staff, but the real problem seems to be management. The place is consistently filthy, they’re always out of basic ingredients, and the employees look completely untrained. This place gets worse each time I visit. On top of all that the male employees be staring at my girl each time we go but that will change because we’re never coming back to this location.

  I'm speechless that the Department of Health hasn't shut this location down. A few weeks ago a vehicle drove through the window. They placed plywood over the opening. When they reopened there were still small pieces of glass and small debris on the floor and by the utensil counter. The steam table was filthy with dried up beans and chicken that looked like roadkill. I left and never returned. Hopefully they can change management and staff cause they don't care.

  Disappointing experience. The restaurant was clean and looked nice, but it seemed very poorly managed. They were out of white rice, cheese, and steak, which eliminated several core menu options. The drink station was also in rough shape—no Sprite, no lemonade, and the Coke had no carbonation. Running out of this many basic items at the same time made it difficult to order what I wanted and left me frustrated with the visit. The staff may have been doing their best, but management needs to do a much better job with inventory and equipment maintenance.
