  Food was horrible and the wait time for just wings n corn was a hour.. and they didn’t listen how I wanted my stuff..

  Honestly extremely disappointed. I went in and ordered and the person at the register was extremely bland and must not have really been listening when I ordered, we even asked a question because we’ve never had it before and they had literally no answers, I was told 45-1 hr wait, which is to be expecting since they are so busy, but while waiting I was reading my receipt of two meals and realized half of it was completely wrong. I told the cashier and they just took the receipt didn’t say anything walked back into the kitchen and then came back and just handed my receipt . Food took about an hour and 20 minutes. When I got home not only was my food wrong but also flavorless like literally no seasoning no nothing and dry. Was supper excited because everyone hypes up wing stop but I definitely won’t be trying it again for long time. Worst 50 bucks I’ve ever spent, couldn’t even finish the food and I’ll eat just about anything :/

  Best decision ever to come to Cuse!!! Was there opening day bright and early still got my food within 25 minutes and they were packed!! The vibe there is amazing all employees were killing it! My review would have been up there that day but forgot now on my way again lol figured I’d post it now!!! Keep up the great job guys see ya every other week 😂

  It’s never available on DoorDash, they keep changing the date on DoorDash. I can’t even place an order through the Wingstop app. Meanwhile, Shake Shack doesn’t have this issue at all.

  I love going to stores when they first open to compare. So first review of week 1 opening. It was really packed but employees were moving fast and getting orders out. I won’t judge too harshly on service because it is the first week and a lot of people were there. I will come back for that. My review will about the food. I have wingstop out of town and I usually don’t like it. I tried something different this time and I love the boneless wings. We tried the hot honey rub and Louisiana rub these two flavors were so good! The mild flavor was what you would expect. We also tried the voodoo fries and they were great as well! I can’t wait to come back and try again. My only critic I will say is that I seen another review mentioned hair in their food. The employee did not have on hair nets just hats but their hair was push up in front over food and it could easily fall into it. All in all I’m glad Syracuse is starting to get good restaurants around the area.
