  Ordered a pizza and got a time expectation of 7:18-7:21 and it was delivered at 6:59… while ordinarily I would be happy about it arriving sooner. I was driving home and was not going to be home till 7:10-7:15 so I thought that was going to all work perfectly, for it to be delivered at the expected time… I got the notification at 6 52 and called the store to ask them to hold it for 15 min for me to get home and they sent it out via grub hub… anyway and told he had multiple stops… so I might make it in time… Absolutely not the right answer… so now I’ll have a cold 30$ pizza left on my front door For 15 minutes. Won’t order here again.

  I was born and raised here in central new york. .rowing up, my mom didn't have a lot of money and so a meal that we always always always got every once in a while was from this Papa John's location. I am now in my mid twenties and married and have made a habit of getting a pizza from here at least once a month and it is always fantastic. Tonight, i swung in to get my monthly pizza and the crew was remarkably friendly as always. I shouted out for the whole kitchen to hear that they were always fantastic and i'm so grateful for them as I left. When I got home, there was a hair on a single piece of Pizza. I called the restaurant and the general manager. Christina remembered me from earlier that day and refunded my pizza. The other pieces of the pizza were freaking incredible! This location is the golden standard of food quality and customer service. EVERY corporate food chain should be striving to be like this location. 100/10 stars, my new family tradition shall never waver!!!!!
