  Very hectic under pressure. Missing items in my order. A lot of confusion. Fountain Diet Pepsi is the best I've ever had.

  SO DISAPPOINTED at the decline of product consistency, management and training at the Fairmount location after many years as a patron. NOT ENOUGH TUNA TO EVEN COVER THE SURFACE OF THE BAGEL WITH A THIN AMOUNT. Really though,give an adequate portion and charge what you have to.So sad from one of the few companies that grew during the pandemic.That day has ended.

  The service was awful! They didn't pay attention when I was ordering and got everything wrong and this place was filthy! Every table was dirty and garbage Everywhere. I do NOT recommend eating there unless you dont mind a dirty atmosphere when eating!

  Food is always great. However this visit the servers did not know before we ordered that they had no strawberries nor walnuts. The drink station and fruit/soup area had no covers. Disappointing but hoping this was a fluke as I have had several good experiences before this.
