- KGKeenan GuthrieSep 28, 20261.0This past Saturday my Fiancée and I had our engagement dinner and we had our hopes up because prior to this we’ve eaten here and everything was fantastic but the night of our engagement dinner it was everything but fantastic, we had our reservation for 7:30 and we didn’t even receive our main meals until close to closing, we ordered two appetizers the meatballs which were very good and the sausage arancini which we’ve had before and we know how good that is as well so you could imagine our disappointment when we had to send it back 3 times in a row because the sausage was raw while the risotto was cooked. When our main courses arrived they were either wrong, late, or bland or they didn’t have it and we weren’t told until almost an hour after ordering it. My family and I are severely disappointed and I don’t see us coming back for a while or at all.

The food was just perfect. The meal came out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mona Lisa's. Ask for Abby she really goes out of her way to make you experience perfect. I plan on coming back and getting pizza for a Friday night meal.

If you are a person of color, do not frequent this place. I walked into this restaurant to pick up an order. The entrance already looks like someone's shed kitchen and feels sketchy. When I entered there was older woman and a young girl standing directly in the front. You would have thought no one came in or I was just invisible because they both looked at me and continued talking to one another. The host(THE YOUNG ONE) didnt acknowledge me at all after first glance, the older woman looked at me as well and continued her conversation. So after standing there in awkwardness, the older lady then says... hi how can I help you, with the most sarcastic look on her face.. the entire exchange was unnecessarily unprofessional. After waiting 20mjns for my order ai couldn't wait to get out of there. Its supposed to portray some high end ristorante, but its actually feels more like a dive bar. Do better... i will never be going back here .. an a little education to include with your orientations.... when a patron, delivery, dine in etc walks in your doors, all side conversations should pause and you greet the customer... ya never knows who's walking in and being turned off immediately. I see why its never a full house
