  They never answer the intercom for ordering, you’ll sit here for 30+ minutes and still won’t get an answer. You’d be better off going to literally any other location.

  Worst McDonalds in entire Syracuse not even kidding avoid this place at all cost unless there’s no food spot left out here 😂

  Absolutely appalled by my latest visit. Stopped there Saturday morning roughly around 1:45ish am. Sat in line for about 10/15 minutes (for a 24hr McDonald’s that was busy, I had NO problem waiting. I know what I’m waiting for, I’m cool with it) made it to the speaker, and an employee (a woman) chimed over and asked us to give her a few minutes. Okay, no problem. Again, this location is busy, between door dashers picking up, drive thru and I would assume lobby as well, I expected a little bit of a wait. Waited 32 minutes (yes I timed it, I assumed they were getting cars in front of us out, then would resume taking orders) THIRTY TWO MINUTES, for the same woman to chime in over the speaker and say “sorry drive thrus closed” no other explanation, nothing. 2:32 am. At a TWENTY FOUR/ SEVEN RESTAURANT. I waited over a half an hour to be randomly told that I now would not be served. Not once did an employee chime in over the speaker during the duration of our wait. Nothing between being asked to give them a couple of minutes, and being told that they were now “closed” Not to mention cars DIRECTLY in front of me (in both lines) were able to freely order. This is bonkers. After waiting a half an hour in a drive thru, I’m not going in and waiting the same duration of time. Yall need to get it together. 0/10 would recommend everyone to go to a direction McDonald’s location.

  I’m genuinely impressed by how little McDonald's ownership seems to care about this location—it’s almost an art form. You walk in and are immediately transported into a social experiment where customers and staff exist in completely separate universes. No greeting, no eye contact—just a quiet understanding that you are on your own now. After placing your order, you settle in for what can only be described as the “McWait Experience™”—a relaxing 30+ minute sit among a sea of equally confused customers, all wondering if their number was called or if time itself has stopped. Eventually, you muster the courage to ask about your drinks, only to be met with the kind of inconvenience usually reserved for asking someone to help you move apartments. When your order finally arrives, it’s wrong—but at this point, you’ve formed an emotional bond with the idea of leaving, so you just accept defeat and head home. All in all, if you’re looking for fast food, maybe try somewhere else. If you’re looking for a test of patience and existential reflection, this place delivers every time.

  My husband and I sat for over an hour in the drive thru waiting for someone to answer the machine, no one picked up we are still currently waiting, we ordered a mobile order, this is ridiculous, we will no longer be coming to this McDonald’s since they have done nothing except for give attitude and not answered anyone and this had happened to not only us. But they say they are 24 hours when they don’t answer the phone, don’t answer the drive thru and don’t have a door open that is not 24 hours. You need to change the times if you are not going to be 24 hours. This is ridiculous 😡😤🤬
