  Waited in line for 10 minutes , so I left store. Terrible service, lobby dirty, people behind counter looked like they didn't know what they were doing etc. Store not taken care of..I dont recommend.

  I went through the drive-thru and waited maybe five minutes to place my order. I got the recorded “Are you using the app today” and then heard the microphone go live and someone said something that I took to be the cashier. I ordered my MChicken and ice coffee then waited for confirmation. I didn’t hear anything so I pulled ahead. When I got to the pay window and told her my order, she barked at me that they didn’t have my order. I said I placed the order. She said No you didn’t. So I politely asked her if she could just do it for me and she started yelling at me that I would have go back and order again. I lost it. How is that a way to treat a customer. Would it been so hard for her to take my order at the window when I’d waited 5-10 minutes the first time?. I will NEVER go back to that store.

  Wait time for a couple of 20 piece mcnuggets is insane. 30 minutes and they come to the counter with only 1 box. The wait continues.

  Very slow service. After we ordered, and I was able to run to Tops to grab some flowers. Came back and the order had just come out. A few mad people because it was taking so long. The food was okay. It's McDonald's, how can you mess it up too much? The fries were warm.

  This McDonald's was not clean and was laid out poorly. I had to wait at the counter while they took care of drive through customers. Burger was acceptable but not hot. It took them 10 minutes to locate a packet of mayo for me. Asked for my order to eat in and everything was thrown in a take out bag and handed to me. I asked for salt and pepper and was given like 50 packets of pepper and no salt. Fries were stone cold. Returned them and it took 15 minutes to get a new order which was also fairly cold. This McDonald's is one of the most poorly run that I have ever visited.
