  I'm taking care of someone who is recovering from an amputation and we are incredibly dissatisfied with the service this pharmacy provides. A young woman with an accent answered our phone call asking about our prescriptions and she was very rude and dismissive, she literally hung up the phone on us in the middle of us asking about his insulin (we were trying to ask if we could buy lancets ourselves instead of relying on the insurance that has also been very unhelpful). I had to go in to figure out what was going on with his prescriptions and the woman in a hijab recognized me at the counter as the people she spoke to on the phone. Then today I watched a pharmacist very gleefully tell someone in front of me no, she's not getting her meds today, and smiling at her like it was good news (the woman was very clearly upset and i watched them beat her around the bush, tell her they had it and then say no actually they didn't). We're going to another pharmacy and I'm never coming back to this Kinney's. Hanging up on someone in the middle of a call and not listening them the entire time they're trying to ask you questions about their health is a very bad look on a pharmacy.

  Pharmacist is terrible and not sympathetic or helpful at all. Told the doctors they could release a certain day, that day comes he can’t release it until the 16th now. When originally he told me the 15th and told the doctor the 14th. My son is out of his seizure medication with no help no pointing me to the right direction. No care in the world that my son will be missing doses of his seizure medicine. Terrible pharmacist on duty tonight.
