  Great staff who never fails to go above and beyond they are all great and friendly, if you want something specific they will make it with perfection. I don’t go to Dunkin anymore I go to them every morning, they never fail to make my day

  I really love their coffee here! I always make a point to get a latte whenever I go to the mall. The shop smells delicious and they have countless options for flavors. They even have several non-dairy milk options! Almond, Oat, Soy, and Coconut. Soy is my favorite and most coffee shops don't have it. They also had VEGAN baked goods from The Red Fern (an amazing restaurant in Rochester). :') Most of the vegan ones were gluten free btw! The baristas are always so pleasant too. Please open more coffee shops!! I buy the beans from the grocery store, but I'd love to have a Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters CAFÉ location in Ithaca. Love the vegan options.

  Full-bodied, rich and fragrant. Now, I know some coffee snobs that won’t drink flavored coffee, but that is because they have not visited Fingerlakes Coffee Roasters! And I do understand because flavored coffee beans tend to be oily or burnt - not the case here! I am very loyal to my favored local brand in Texas, but now I have two places to buy great, really great beans. The guys running shop were absolutely the reason Upstate NY has the best people - polite, authentic and helpful. I bought three mugs too, my new favorites!
