Cashier tried to hand us an apple juice, I had to tell her no we ordered a coffee. Handed me the coffee and tried to close the window. I had to yell and tell her we ordered food. Aggressively shoved the bag and yet slammed the window closed. I had to yet again yell that I had ordered donuts. She with a rude tone asked what donuts. Shoved the bag out the window with a dirty look. I shouldn’t have to tell you 8 times what I ordered when it’s literally right in-front of you and I shouldn’t have to deal with you having a bad attitude cause I’m asking to receive what I paid for.

When I asked if it could be corrected, the staff insisted the order was correct and were dismissive instead of helpful. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional. I hope management can address this.

The drive through process took 35 minutes and we were the only customers in line. The food options were very limited, they didn’t even have plain bagels. I would recommend going out of your way to avoid this location.
