- LALisa AmidonJul 13, 20261.0I normally don't leave bad reviews as i know everyone has a bad day from time to time but when customers are blatantly disrespected by staff that crosses the line. To the young lady that felt the need to come out from the back and make sarcastic comments when my husband came in to purchase an iced coffee for me as a surprise today, you just succeeded in losing not only my business, but my families as well. I will also make sure to let everyone i know how they can expect to be treated by you should they have the audacity to expect their order to be correct. Its a shame that you couldn't keep your tongue in check. Especially since you were not even waiting on my husband. When customers order and pay for items, they have a right to expect the order to be correct. And yes, I DID on several occasions in the past come back in because you couldn't seem to get the order right even when given very specific instructions. Are you in the habit of paying your hard earned money for something you will end up throwing in the trash??? Im not. If you have a problem with that, i couldn't possibly care less and maybe you should seek employment elsewhere as dealing with the public is obviously not for you and as far as i can see your attitude toward the customers that keep you employed is nothing short of a detriment to that establishment. To the rest of the staff, you are all wonderful. It's unfortunate that you're level of professionalism hasn't rubbed off on your coworker. To the young lady that actually made my coffee today, it was perfect and i thank you.

Three of my friends and I stopped by last evening for our neighborhood book club and had a miserable experience.Our order at the counter was delayed by five minutes because the lead clerk (who might be the manager) completely ignored us to train a new employee. When she finally acknowledged us, she coldly told us the conference room was reserved—yet the room sat completely empty for the entire hour we were there.We had to sit in the main customer area, which was incredibly loud. Management had the music blasting so high we could not hear each other speak. To make matters worse, that same lead clerk spent the evening yelling at her employees right in front of customers.This specific employee has been unpleasant to our group in the past, but her behavior is getting increasingly belligerent. We are paying customers and deserve basic respect. Avoid this location until management fixes their staff's hostile attitude.
