  Ever since the employees changed this place has been going downhill. The employees talk about random stuff over the loudspeaker as if customers want to hear their personal opinions. They always pull you to wait for your food and then your order is never right. I ordered the new cherry limeade drink but got a regular cherry refresher. I ordered a strawberry banana cold foam refresher but it was regular cold foam and was chunky stuff inside of it. I also ordered a turkey sausage egg snd cheese on a plain bagel toasted. They gave me a turkey sausage egg with no cheese on a croissant. My hashbrowns were cold. They gave me regular bacon instead of snackin bacon and my bacon egg and cheese croissant was supposed to have no cheese on it. So I wasted 50.00. I’ve worked at Dunkin before and I understand how busy it can be but the lack of customer service skills, preparation and timeliness is unacceptable. Unfortunately this used to be my favorite Dunkin but after today I will no longer return.

  I was at the location and noticed there is a new Hispanic employee. Another employee was mistreating her and making racist comments toward her. It was inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe this situation needs to be addressed immediately.

  I went for the pink glove promotion im glad I was able to get one. I do go every other day. Make sure you get the dunkin app

  Staff is incredibly rude and incompetent! They don't listen to your order, talk over you, and then give you attitude when they make the incorrect item. Nasty energy! Coffee is good tho ngl

  Im so tired of every time I order from here my stuff is always missing, coffee always taste burnt and old and how the hell they don’t have a working phone
