- WFWebb FamilySep 16, 20263.0Was excited to try for the first time today. Ordered online so it would be ready . I arrived, went to the register where sign indicated pick up orders. An older balding man was yelling out another number and he kept looking at me, I stated that u didn’t have an order number, but rather an online order. He did grab my order quickly, but seemed annoyed I was standing there to begin with. It was definitely an awkward interaction. I will say that the food was delicious, which is why I came, but the online platform seemed a forced tip, which I accepted as trying to navigate around it seemed impossible. So with that I would not have expected an awkward customer service experience.

When we got inside the food was just sitting on the countertop. After we brought the food out to the car we realized it was the incorrect order and we had to go back inside and wait for them to remake it. After bringing it back out the car again we realized they had forgot our chips. We were frustrated and this point and just left without them. The food was average but the service was unsatisfactory.
