  Super quick service, only 30 minutes! Not sure what systems went down but maybe we should implement a training course on tending to customers as they come into the store, not announcing you’ll only be doing mobile orders because of system issues and then putting them on a halt because in person customers can now order. Also the screwdriver and clipboard at the table I sat at really tied the room together.

  This is not a good Chipolte . Ordered delivery using the app. The driver had to wait for some second order so our food was cold and soggy by the time we got it . Plus my wife ordered tacos that she always gets. Usually at Fayetteville store. Barely had anything in them. I have been to the Fayetteville location many times and only had one time where I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru line for my order, besides that there times are always accurate. This was not the first time this store has done this. I previously did a pick up order got there 10 minutes after the pick up time and still had to wait an extra 30 minutes. I honestly blame poor management. This will be my last time ever dealing with this location.

  Chipotle needs to fix their app!!! If you accidentally send to the wrong location, yours screwed! There is so much red tape to cancel. This specific location is not even close to as good of food as Fayetteville.

  This is the second and last time I will go to Chipotle. It was 6:00 on a Friday evening. There was only one customer in the building. Five workers standing doing nothing. Meanwhile there was garbage all over the floor and the tables were absolutely filthy. The food prep area was covered in spilled over food. Just disgusting. I should have just left. I instead ordered food, bad decision, it was terrible. Avoid this store at all cost.

  We arrived 2 minutes after they opened and the kitchen was trashed. Employees drinks were all over the dining room tables until a loud manager yelled while we were eating at 11:06 to get your drinks out of the dining room. The cashier left the cash register and started talking on the phone and walking into the dining room because the manager started yelling she broke a pipe while we stood there waiting to pay for 4 minutes. No apology or anything. The employees prepping sauces in the blender and restocking the drink area did not have gloves on. A manager blew her nose in the kitchen area. Employees looked liked they just rolled out of bed with dirty uniforms. Disgusted and will never go back!
