(Again, I wasn't upset about that, mistakes happen.) She didn't say a word to me, she just glared at the worker, didn't apologize to me or say another word. The worker made the right order and apologized; she was great, and she made a damn good burrito.

All trashes full and overflowing onto the floor, garbage all over the place by the checkout and half the tables covered in food and trash. Chipotle corporate needs to do a secret shopper on this location and switch the franchisee - it’s embarrassingly bad.

Trash cans were overflowing, tabletops were filled with dirty food, bathrooms had no toilet paper and were dirty and the food prep area was messy, unkempt and who knows how clean? I tried to discuss it with the workers and they weren’t really interested. And they said they had a slow day? That’s not the Chipotle I used to go to. They need to do better.
