  Absolutely disgusting, employees don’t give a crap what they are doing or look like they enjoy their jobs at all. No customer service at all. Food just slopped into bowls and tortillas… the line was full of random food ingredients all over as I’m sure the floors are too. Out of so many things with no heads up!

  Restaurant was disgusting. Line was scattered with food and worker didn’t care. Walked away mid line to get a drink with the gloves on that he was making food with. Was out of cheese which isn’t even something they have to cook so not sure why. College location on a Saturday night should be way better for the amount of business they get.

  The food itself was fine, but unfortunately the overall experience was a bit disappointing. We walked in at 3:50pm on a Friday. The garbage cans were overflowing, the front counter was slightly dirty, and corn and fajita veggies were empty. We also waited a few mins to place our order despite there being multiple employees working. I'm used to Chipotle in Canada being clean, quick, friendly, and reliable, so this location really stood out in comparison. The atmosphere honestly felt more like a dingy McDonald's late at night than the Chipotle experience I'm accustomed to. I understand that busy locations can get messy, but this is in a college town and also serves plenty of visitors, so I really hope they can improve the cleanliness, service, and overall upkeep. The food was fine, but the environment made it difficult to enjoy the experience.

  came in at 3:50, we were told that it’s mobile orders only because too many people called off, so we placed our order online. other customers were turned away because he said they were closed, then he threw all this meat on the grill, then someone else came in and he let her order while we were still sitting there for 40 minutes waiting for our mobile order. and the guy is just looking at us laughing. it’s understandable to be understaffed and there’s nothing you can do about that, but decide whether you’re closed or open and stick with that. he could’ve been helping the guy in the back with mobile orders and got us and many other customers out of there faster but instead he’s pacing around in the front telling some people that they’re closed and allowing others to order ??

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I placed an order through Chipotle’s official website last night. The pickup time shown was 10:40 PM, and I arrived at 10:44 PM. When I got there, the restaurant was empty, but my order hadn’t even been started. The staff told me it would take some more time and only then began preparing it. I understand that delays can happen, and I had no issue waiting, even though I was there with my baby. On arriving, I confirmed my order with the staff and specifically checked that it contained a quesadilla and a burrito wrap. The woman at the counter confirmed it and asked another employee to prepare it. Unfortunately, after waiting, they handed me the wrong order. What was even more disappointing was that there were four staff members present, but only one person was actually working. The other three were standing around laughing and chatting instead of helping. This was especially frustrating because it was my birthday, and what should have been a simple pickup turned into a disappointing experience. Mistakes happen, but poor organization, lack of attention, and handing out the wrong order after making a customer wait is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and order accuracy.
