    Going through the drive thru was fine, my order was taken by a woman who I thought listened, very polite. I was asked to pull forward for fresh fries, fine no problem. I got home, wrong type of fry. I tried to call the store 3 or 4 times with no answer. Frustrating I cant get ahold of someone about my order.

    I had a very positive experience at Arby's. I was ordering with coupons so for 3 people I paid $23. Food is offered by ordering single items or meal deals. .
